CB0703 circuit board needs to be ordered separately.

The included PIC18F2550 is a blank chip, end user will need an initial programming tool/capability to program the PICKit 2 firmware, such as: a PICkit 2, or an ICD2, or any other Microchip programmer.
The CB0703 is an enhanced design based on Microchip open-sourced PICKit 2 schematic.
PICKit 2 is an open source PIC programmer design and a trademark of Microchip Inc.
