CAN Evaluation Kits have been developed for the evaluation purpose of Au dsPIC30F CAN bootloader.
Six different editions of Au dsPIC30F CAN bootloader are developed for different application situation and requirement.
Au SAE-J1939 Message Center System (MCS) is a quick turn-key product, which displays SAE-J1939 parameters on computer screen, such as Engine RPM, vehicle speed, etc. It can be used as a secondary display on trucks, school bus, recreation vehicles (RV), marine vessels, and any place with SAE-J1939 CAN network.
The Au SAE-J1939 Simulators are well designed devices capable of simulating majority of SAE-J1939 signal on a vehicle network.
The License Management toolset provided by Au Group Electronics enables user upgrading the SAE-J1939 Simulator from Basic Edition(s) to Platinum Edition(s) in-field. For instance, an engine basic edition SAE-J1939 simulator product can be upgraded to an engine premium edition with the license management toolset.
BB0703 is an full function PICkit2 system with enhanced features, such as: extra power supply and a RJ12 connector. With a RJ12 Reverse cable (a standard equipment in BB0703 system), it can easily work with any circuit board developed for ICD2.
CVT485 is a small handheld device automatically converting signals between RS485/J1708 protocol and RS232 protocol. It has completely auto-sensing and self-adjusting capability to handle different baud rate and data formats.
================== Application Notes ==================
When a PIC program (hex file) is loaded into the EEPROM of Au Group Electronics BB0703 (PICkit 2), it can be used as a standalone programmer to program PIC chips, no PC is needed!!!
The Au PIC Bootloader has been used in most of the Au Group Electronics products. It provides in-field program update capability for all customer to get the newest product feature and services.
A step by step installation guide has been illustrated for Au SAE-J1939 simulator Remote Terminal.
The PRG0801 is an Integrated Circuit which provides a Dual Door Bell capabilities. It also has the capability to drive two independent LEDs for visual effect. Low power mode makes it a good candidate for battery-powered toys.
The PRG0802 is an Integrated Circuit which drives up to five 5 LED. A single push button will active the circuit and keep LEDs running for 15 to 20 seconds. It is good for holiday decorative LED lamps and battery-operated toys.
