That "part tray" thing on the last 3 pages of CB0703 DIY kit is probably one of the smartest things ive ever seen in a DIY kit. It looks like a great product...

Great progress (CB0703 (PICkit 2) DIY assembly). All works, Programmed a 16F84A and a problem chip the 16F737 needing the full 5V without any problems at all. And thanks for all the help.
